HMIUSA, LLC and its program were initially developed for individuals that have little or no insurance coverage. However in the last year our program has been incorporated into self funded employee insurance plans, association benefits, individual benefit packages, and is being considered within a few states as an additional benefit for their uninsured citizens. There is no membership cost. You only pay a discounted fee for goods and services purchased from the affiliates.
